2015 NFL Kickoff Season Breaking World Record: NFL-NextGen Event Co. Hashtag Photo Booth Activation (multi-city) helping to break current Guinness Book of World Record for “Largest Online Photo Album of People Wearing NFL Team Logos”
Fans uploaded over 10K eligible photos in NFL team apparel to #NFLFanRecord to Set World Record! Event took place on Friday, Sept. 10 at noon thru Sept 11 concluding at midnite.
NextGen Event Co. assisted with producing hundreds of photos in multiple cities to contribute to nationwide effort for breaking previous 2014 Guinness Book of World Record of approx 6,000 photos posted in an online photo album last year. Event was timed with the Kickoff of football season and their favorite team in the NFL’s Back to Football Friday challenge. On Friday 9/10-9/11, fans showcased their team spirit and excitement for the start of the season by uploading photos of themselves in officially licensed NFL team jerseys to www.nflfanrecord.com or by using Instagram & Twitter to hashtag #NFLFanRecord.
By submitting photos on Back to Football Friday, fans helped make history and set the 2015 Guinness World Record for “Largest Online Photo Album of People wearing NFL Team Logos” Each photo counts as one World Record entry, regardless of the number of fans in the photo.
