NextGen Event Co. was hired to produce & execute Liberty Mutual/Safe Co’s Annual Insurance Meeting that had been previously an in-person event and convert this experience into a 3 day Virtual event production. This virtual event’s Run of Show included many segments involving Live stream speakers from various locations, pre-recordings, presentations and fun interactive games including “Spin the Wheel” to win prizes for all the participating attendees.
The Virtual event production also included panel discussions and fireside chats with the COO of Liberty Mutual discussing relevant topics involving women in the Insurance field. It was a fantastic event over a 3 day span that provided excellent information and inspiration, with the mantra of “Celebrate, Elevate and Transform”. Additionally, there were multiple break out rooms that conducted insurance training sessions for all the attendees to take advantage of each day of the Virtual event.
