An amazing experience working with the National Marine Manufacturers Association at the 2024 Atlanta Boat Show at Georgia World Congress Center and creating the Discover Boating: Lake Life Lounge with culinary event activation. This expanded section of the Boat Show is a new entertainment show hub featuring live music, culinary events and interactive attractions designed to entertain and engage with the Show attendees.
The Lake Life Lounge offered exciting live cooking demonstrations and culinary competitions throughout the boat show, which showcased the main Live event called the “Boat Apetit Chef Demo and Mix-Off” Chef Event Activation. The Discover Boating Lake Life Lounge offered a taste of summer with an exciting boating-inspired Mix-Off Competition! During Saturday’s Mix-Off, three talented local mixologists competed to craft cocktail and mocktail recipes, vying for a coveted spot at Sunday’s showcase.
Judged on taste, presentation, and harmony with the chef’s dish, the Mix Off sessions promise an exhilarating experience. Our celebrity chef, Chef Christan Willis entertained attendees with live demos on both days, complemented by the creativity of the local mixologists. The event, which featured celebrity judges and hosted by J Carter, founder of ONE Musicfest, was a must-attend for a weekend filled with culinary excitement.
