How it works:
We like to arrive and be set up ready to start shooting as people arrive for registration. Other popular times to shoot are lunchtime and coffee breaks, but we can shoot all day long. We can stay on for post event networking depending on demand. Space wise we need approx 8×10 area adjacent to a wall or corner of the room with a nearby power supply, then we create the rest! Top venues include NYC at Javitz center, in Philadelphia the Philly Convention center and the Boston Convention Center in MA.
We work quickly spending a few minutes per person and can photograph upwards of 90 + people at a one day event without compromising the quality of our photography services.
Our photo team will take care of all the data capture, collecting names and email addresses and we can tailor a data capture according to your KPI’s- including titles, companies and even quick questionaires!
Post event we load each clients images onto a separate personal gallery for viewing and selection purposes (usually within 2 days of the event).
Guests can then choose their favorite image on their own time which they can then choose if they want to be professionally edited/touched up and finished by our editing team. Editing takes approx 3 working days.
