    We specialize in Experiential Events and Promotional Marketing services including In-person, Hybrid and Virtual events.  With over 15 years of experience in the Event & Promotions industry, our services include custom event production & strategy, gamification, entertainment, event attractions, team building and traffic driving promotions.

    We provide nationwide service for in-person & hybrid events in the continental United States.

    We have a contract minimum starting at $2,000 USD.

    Deadlines are provided individually per event & product items differ given their individual supply & demand under current market conditions.  Some event dates and product items sell out quicker than others due to market demand and timing of popular event dates and seasonality.  Product items can only be secured with a down deposit payment that reserves date(s) and item inventory.

    We require all artwork & creative assets to be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the reserved event start date.  If materials are received after this deadline, the customization may not be completed or may incur an additional rush fee to ensure delivery.

    Full balance due payment must be received at least one week prior to your event start date to ensure fulfillment.

    This event logistic information will be contained in your proposal and contract pages and our special production team dedicated to your event can answer any questions you may have regarding the unique specifics of your event.

    Yes, we have a multi-million dollar insurance policy and in many cases you may be added as additionally insured for your event coverage depending upon the details of contract.

    The majority of our onsite event productions we provide trained event specialists to fulfill the event.  However, in some cases if it is a multi day event rental not requiring personnel, then we will instruct your onsite staff how to use the equipment.

    All images on our site and in digital communications are examples of the attractions we offer and do not necessarily represent the exact setup appearance.  Actual attraction styles, features, sizes and colors may differ based on individual event needs  and inventory availability, shipping, venue load-in requirements or any other unique event needs based on your production.
